Non-surgical skin tightening for the face, jawline, and neck

Sofwave™ is a non-surgical skin-tightening treatment that uses precisely delivered ultrasound energy to support collagen remodeling. It is designed for clients beginning to notice softness, fine lines, or reduced definition across the face, jawline, or neck and who prefer gradual improvement without changing their natural features.

How Sofwave™ works

Sofwave™ delivers parallel ultrasound beams into a controlled layer of the dermis while integrated cooling protects the skin surface. The energy creates small zones of heat that initiate a collagen-remodeling response over time.

The result is not an instant surgical lift. The appeal lies in a progressive change: skin may look firmer, smoother, and more supported as new collagen develops.

Who may appreciate Sofwave™

Sofwave™ is often considered by clients with mild to moderate skin laxity who want a subtle, natural-looking refresh and limited interruption to daily life. It may be less suitable when the main concern is significant excess skin, pronounced volume loss, or a structural change that requires a different approach.

We will assess skin thickness, facial proportions, the position of soft tissue, prior procedures, and the kind of change you would consider meaningful. Sofwave™ may be used on its own or placed within a broader plan that includes injectables, IPL, microneedling, or medical skincare.

What the appointment is like

A coupling gel is applied and the handpiece is moved across carefully mapped treatment zones. You may feel brief warmth or intensity with each pulse. Comfort measures are tailored to the area and your sensitivity. A topical numbing cream will be provided to help minimise any discomfort.

A face or neck appointment commonly takes around 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the areas treated. Most clients return to normal activities immediately, with little visible evidence that a treatment was performed.

Frequently asked questions

When will I see a result?

Some clients notice an early sense of firmness, but the more meaningful change usually develops gradually over approximately one to three months as collagen remodels. Improvement may continue beyond that point.

How many treatments will I need?

Many protocols begin with one session, followed by reassessment. Your plan may differ according to the area, degree of laxity, and the result you would like to maintain.

Will Sofwave™ change my face?

The aim is not to create a new face or add volume. We use it to support the skin and refine the way existing features are framed.

Can it be combined with injectables?

Yes. When appropriate, Sofwave™ can complement wrinkle relaxers, fillers, or collagen stimulators because each treatment works at a different level. We will plan timing carefully during consultation.
