Energy Boosting Drip (incl. NADₙ)
Targeted cellular energy support, powered by NADₙ and a tailored nutrient blend

The Energy Boosting Drip is built around NADₙ — the coenzyme at the centre of cellular energy production — combined with amino acids, methyl B12, and magnesium to support how your cells make and use energy.
What's in the Drip

NADₙ — 250mg (500mg upgrade available)
Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide is the most important coenzyme in the body for cellular energy production. Think of NADₙ as the spark that ignites your mitochondria — without it, your cells cannot convert food into ATP, the energy currency that powers everything from muscle contraction to brain function. Every cell in your body requires NADₙ to function, and every mitochondrion uses it continuously.
NADₙ levels decline significantly with age — by approximately 50% between the ages of 40 and 60 — and this decline is now understood to be a direct driver of the fatigue, cognitive slowdown, and reduced physical capacity associated with ageing. NADₙ is also a key substrate for sirtuins — the longevity proteins that regulate DNA repair, inflammation, and metabolic function — and for PARP enzymes involved in genomic maintenance.
Oral NADₙ precursors (NMN, NR) are available as supplements but their conversion to active NADₙ is variable and subject to gut and liver metabolism. IV delivery bypasses this entirely, delivering NADₙ directly into systemic circulation for immediate cellular availability.
The standard dose is 250mg. For clients seeking a more intensive effect — particularly those pursuing a longevity protocol or managing significant fatigue — a 500mg upgrade is available at additional cost.
Amino Acids
A blend of essential and conditionally essential amino acids delivered intravenously to support protein synthesis, neurotransmitter production, immune function, and recovery. Amino acids are the building blocks of every functional protein in the body — enzymes, hormones, neurotransmitters, and structural proteins all begin here. IV delivery ensures systemic availability, bypassing digestive variability.
Methyl B12 (Methylcobalamin)
The active, methylated form of Vitamin B12 — the form most readily used by cells without requiring conversion. Methyl B12 is essential for neurological function, the methylation cycle, DNA synthesis, and red blood cell production. It plays a specific role in myelin sheath maintenance — the protective coating of nerve fibres — and in the synthesis of neurotransmitters including serotonin and dopamine. B12 deficiency is common, particularly in people over 40, vegetarians, and those on certain medications, and is a frequent and underdiagnosed cause of fatigue and cognitive symptoms.
Magnesium
Required for ATP synthesis — ATP (the energy molecule) only functions biologically when bound to magnesium. Without adequate magnesium, the energy your mitochondria produce cannot be properly utilised by the cell. Magnesium is also essential for over 300 enzymatic reactions and for nervous system regulation, muscle function, and sleep quality. It is the most commonly deficient mineral in Western diets.
What NADₙ Decline Actually Means
By your 40s, your NADₙ levels are roughly half what they were in your 20s. This is not abstract — the consequences are measurable.
NADₙ is required for the sirtuins to function. Sirtuins are the proteins that regulate gene expression in response to stress and metabolic signals — they govern inflammation, DNA repair, mitochondrial biogenesis, and cellular survival pathways. When NADₙ is insufficient, sirtuin activity declines. When sirtuin activity declines, DNA repair slows, mitochondrial function deteriorates, inflammation increases, and the hallmarks of cellular ageing accelerate.
This is why NADₙ supplementation has become one of the most actively researched areas in longevity medicine. IV NADₙ is currently the most direct and reliable method of restoring NADₙ to levels associated with younger biological function — because it delivers the molecule itself, rather than relying on the metabolic conversion of precursors.

Energy Boosting vs Essential Drips — What's the Difference?
The Essential Drips (£269) address specific targets — immune support, skin health, detoxification, sleep. The Energy Boosting Drip operates at a different level: it targets the mitochondrial machinery of cellular energy production itself, using NADₙ as the primary active agent.
If the Essential Drips are comparable to changing the oil and filters in an engine, the Energy Boosting Drip is comparable to upgrading the fuel and the combustion system. It is a more fundamental intervention, targeting the root of cellular energy capacity rather than supporting specific downstream functions.

Who This Drip Is For
- People experiencing persistent fatigue, low energy, or reduced mental sharpness that is not explained by thyroid, iron, or other routine blood findings
- People over 35 who want to address age-related NADₙ decline as part of a proactive longevity strategy
- People recovering from burnout, post-viral fatigue, or a prolonged period of high physical or psychological demand
- High-performers — executives, athletes, or anyone with significant cognitive or physical demands — who want to maintain peak function
- People pursuing a comprehensive longevity protocol alongside biomarker testing, physical performance assessment, and other LIVO services
- People whose functional testing (OAT, blood biomarkers) has indicated mitochondrial inefficiency or B-vitamin deficiency

Frequently asked questions
What does NADₙ IV actually feel like?
Most clients notice a sense of increased mental clarity and energy during or shortly after the session. Some experience mild flushing, warmth, or a slight feeling of pressure in the chest or head during the infusion — particularly at higher doses — which resolves immediately when the infusion rate is slowed. Your practitioner administers NADₙ slowly and adjusts the rate based on your response throughout the session.
How long does the session take?
Longer than a standard drip — NADₙ must be administered slowly to avoid the flush response. Allow approximately 90 minutes to 2 hours for the full session, depending on dose.
Is oral NMN or NR the same as IV NADₙ?
No. NMN and NR are precursors that your body converts to NADₙ — but conversion efficiency varies significantly between individuals and declines with age. IV NADₙ delivers the active molecule directly. The plasma NADₙ elevation achieved by IV is substantially greater and more immediate than oral precursors. Both have a place in a longevity protocol, but they are not equivalent in effect.
How often should I have NADₙ IV therapy?
For an initial course, 4–6 sessions over 2–3 weeks is a common protocol — particularly for people with significant fatigue or as part of a structured longevity programme. Monthly maintenance sessions are appropriate thereafter. Your clinician will advise based on your goals and response.
Is NADₙ IV therapy safe?
Yes, when administered in a supervised clinical setting at appropriate doses and infusion rates. The transient effects (flushing, warmth) during infusion are not harmful and resolve when the rate is reduced. IV NADₙ is contraindicated in certain conditions; your clinician will screen for these at your intake assessment.
