HydraFacial Keravive® is a scalp facial designed to deeply cleanse, exfoliate, and hydrate the scalp while delivering a peptide-based solution. It is for clients who want to improve scalp comfort and the appearance of fuller, healthier-looking hair—not a replacement for medical diagnosis of hair loss.

The scalp is skin. Oil, product buildup, dryness, irritation, and barrier imbalance can affect comfort and the way hair looks at the roots. Supporting a cleaner, better-hydrated scalp can be a valuable part of an overall hair-care plan.

How Keravive® works

The in-office treatment uses Hydrafacial® Vortex-Fusion™ technology to cleanse and exfoliate the scalp, remove visible buildup, and infuse a proprietary peptide complex. The protocol may also include a take-home spray used between appointments.

Keravive® does not diagnose or treat every cause of hair thinning. Persistent shedding, patchy loss, pain, significant itching, or inflammation should be medically assessed.

What the appointment is like

The treatment is performed section by section across the scalp using the Hydrafacial® handpiece. Most clients find the gentle suction and fluid delivery comfortable. Hair may feel damp afterward, so it is helpful to plan styling accordingly.

A series may be recommended, with home spray used between visits when included in the selected protocol.

Frequently asked questions

Will Keravive® regrow my hair?

Keravive® is best understood as a scalp-health treatment. It may support the appearance of healthier, fuller-looking hair, but medical hair loss often needs a separate diagnosis and plan.

Can Keravive® be combined with other hair or scalp care?

Yes. Scalp care and follicle-directed treatment address different parts of the hair environment. We can coordinate Keravive® with appropriate medical hair-loss care or other scalp services during consultation.

Will my hair be oily afterward?

The scalp and hair roots may feel damp from the solutions. We will explain when to wash or style the hair based on the protocol used.

How often should I have it?

The official protocol may be offered as a short series with home support. At LIVO, we will recommend frequency according to your scalp and broader hair plan.
